FS#53 - Create concatenation field type

this field type takes the values of multiple fields from the default value field in crud

the format for it should be

concatenate(fields separated by comma) to concatenate the values of the entered fields

subtract(fields separated by comma) to get the difference between two fields for dates convert to epoch first
