Can we create 4 fields in each table

created_by    varchar 100    text hidden create only    user()
created_on    varchar 100    text hidden create only    timestamp()
updated_by    varchar 100    text hidden update only    user()
updated_on    varchar 100    text hidden update only    timestamp()

inactive    INT 1    checkbox
